CJSC Interbank Processing Center (IPC), the national operator of the Elkart payment system in the Kyrgyz Republic, has deployed the FineBI v7.0 analytics platform with systems integrator Databorn. The project represents the first commercial deployment of a FanRuan solution in Kyrgyzstan.
Databorn and IPC began working together in November 2025. Databorn specialists demonstrated and evaluated several leading business intelligence platforms, assessing their analytics and data visualization capabilities against IPC’s technical and business requirements. Following the evaluation, IPC selected FineBI as the best fit for its needs.
To validate the platform before full deployment, Databorn installed trial licenses in IPC’s on-premises environment. The pilot allowed IPC to test FineBI’s core features and self-service analytics capabilities using real-world data, verify its integration with Active Directory, and move into production without losing existing dashboards, reports, or configurations.
As part of the rollout, Databorn upgraded the implementation to FineBI v7.0 and provided architectural consulting covering the configuration of the Indicator Center module, the use of FineOps, infrastructure sizing, and synchronization with IPC’s internal systems.
Databorn served as a single point of contact throughout the project, supporting software deployment, trial licensing, the transition to production, and ongoing operations through a dedicated support channel. The platform entered full commercial operation in September 2026.
