Alphyn.AI has launched Alphyn. AI Chat, an enterprise platform that gives organizations in financial services, telecommunications, retail, and manufacturing secure, centralized access to leading large language models (LLMs).AI is widely discussed across organizations, yet in practice it is often used by only a limited group of specialists. Common barriers include fragmented access, a growing number of disconnected subscriptions and tools, and models that are either too costly or insufficiently capable for specific tasks. Companies with enterprise subscriptions face an additional challenge: CIOs need clear visibility into AI model spend across business units and use cases, while personal AI accounts can create risks of confidential-data exposure.
Alphyn.AI Chat addresses both challenges. Employees simply open a browser, sign in with their enterprise credentials through corporate SSO, and access leading models—including Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, Llama, and others—from a single interface. There is no need to purchase, configure, and manage separate services.
What businesses gain- AI access for every employee. Enterprise credentials replace personal subscriptions. AI becomes a practical tool for the entire organization—not a privilege reserved for selected teams.
- Delegated budget management. The ControlTower module allocates AI budgets across multiple levels: company, division, team, and employee. Each level manages its own allocation, while managers receive detailed analytics for every request.
- The right model for every task, without vendor lock-in. Use a fast model for translation, a more capable model for contract analysis, or a local model for sensitive data. The platform is vendor-agnostic, so organizations can change providers without redesigning their workflows.
- Corporate knowledge in context with RAG. Knowledge Collections connect internal documentation to the chat interface in just a few clicks. Docling parses complex document formats, making enterprise knowledge readily available to employees.
- An AI agent for complex work. Cowork Agent breaks down complex tasks and completes them autonomously, working with PPTX and DOCX files, code, browsers, and diagrams. Integrations with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, SharePoint, and SQL databases are available through MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors.
- Data remains within the customer’s environment. Alphyn. AI Chat can be deployed in the customer’s own environment using Docker or Kubernetes. The customer-controlled data layer—including chat history, documents, knowledge bases, and logs—remains within the company’s security perimeter. Only the prompt content required for processing is sent to an external model provider. Guardrails inspect every prompt and attachment against the company’s security policies, masking or blocking personal and sensitive data before it reaches the model.
The platform is already deployed at a large technology group with more than 2,000 employees. More than 500 active users apply it to AI-powered business analytics, presentation creation, GitLab code review, and document-based RAG. In selected software-development workflows, task completion time has been reduced by up to 3x.
Alphyn.AI Chat integrates with corporate identity and authentication systems, including Active Directory and SSO. Initial business value can typically be achieved in as little as two weeks.
